  • 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (approx. 11.36 oz)
  • cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • cup cold water (or as directed on mix)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp dried parsley flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, biscuit mix (including seasoning packet), cheese, cold water, and seasonings if using.
  3. Form into 1-inch balls and place evenly spaced on the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Allow to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
