Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, biscuit mix (including seasoning packet), cheese, cold water, and seasonings if using.
- Form into 1-inch balls and place evenly spaced on the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
