  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ¼ crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salty boiling water, cook the Linguini according to the package instructions. Drain and set one side.
  2. Sauté Shrimp: In a large pan on medium heat, heat olive oil. Add weather with shrimp, salt and pepper, and cook 1-2 minutes per side until pink and cook. Remove and set one side.
