  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook the pasta in a vessel of salted boiling water, even al -dent. Drain and set one side.

  4. Deglaze PAN: Pour in white wine and lemon juice. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes until it is slightly reduced.
  5. Mix the pasta and sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated.
